Yogurt and Berry Parfait2017-07-22

- 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen strawberries in juice
- 1 pint fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tbsp. honey
In 4 tall glasses, place 1/3 cup of yogurt into the bottom of each glass. Then, mix the all the berries, and scoop some ion top of the yogurt layer. Sprinkle some granola on top of the berries.
Repeat the layering of yogurt, berries, and granola until filled to the top. Serve with a drizzle of honey on top of the parfaits. Enjoy!
