Walnut and Cranberry Salad with Chicken Strips2017-07-05

- 1 bag mixed salad greens
- ¾ cup toasted walnuts
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ½ lb. skinless chicken fillet, cut into strips (or you can use leftover chicken)
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup of balsamic dressing (check our website’s recipe)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Rinse the salad greens, and pat dry. Make sure that the greens are dried well to avoid having a soggy salad.
Transfer the greens in a large salad bowl. Add the toasted walnuts and cranberries. Then, drizzle some balsamic dressing, and toss the ingredients in the bowl together.
Add the chicken strips and crumbled feta cheese on top. Serve and enjoy!
