Walnut and Cranberry Salad with Chicken Strips

  • 1 bag mixed salad greens
  • ¾ cup toasted walnuts
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ lb. skinless chicken fillet, cut into strips (or you can use leftover chicken)
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup of balsamic dressing (check our website’s recipe)
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


Step 1

Rinse the salad greens, and pat dry. Make sure that the greens are dried well to avoid having a soggy salad.

Step 2

Transfer the greens in a large salad bowl. Add the toasted walnuts and cranberries. Then, drizzle some balsamic dressing, and toss the ingredients in the bowl together.

Step 3

Add the chicken strips and crumbled feta cheese on top. Serve and enjoy!
