  • 1 Cup shrimps, hand peeled
  • 3/4 Cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp. shredded horseradish
  • 1/2 tbsp. squeezed lemon juice
  • finely chopped dill
  • buttered toast bread for frying
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • roe of your choise


Step 1

Mix together the shrimps, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, and the chopped dill well until combined. Fry the buttered bread on medium heat until it's golden brown on both sides, spoon some of the combined mixture ontop of the bread, add half a table spoon of roe, add some dill for garnish and serve. Enjoy
