Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 500g Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion
  • 65g Breadcrumbs
  • Oil For Frying
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Method

Step 1

Finely chop the Onion. Mix the Ground Beef, the Egg, the Onion and the Bread Crums together. Add some Salt and Pepper.

Step 2

Form the mixture into 25-30 Meatballs. In a skillet add some cooking oil over medium heat. Add half of the meatballs (if you add all they gonna boil not fry!) and let it get brown and nicely cooked throught.

Step 3

Serve with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and Lingonberries.
