Summer Chicken Ceasar Salad2017-06-22

- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Pound / 550g Chicken Breast
- Cooking Spray
- 8 Cups Romaine Lettuce, Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Croutons
- 1 Ounce Parmesan Cheese
- Few Slices Of Bacon
- Salt And Pepper For The Chicken
Heat grill. Fry the bacon until crispy, cut them in small pieces. With the side of a chef’s knife, mash garlic cloves until paste like. Put garlic paste, lemon juice, yoghurt, and olive oil into a jar with a lid and shake until blended.
Salt and pepper the Chicken Breasts and lightly coat with olive oil so it doesn't stick. Grill until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Cut the grilled Chicken into desirable pieces (Strips or Cubes)
Toss together the romaine lettuce, croutons, and chicken until combined. Shake dressing to mix. Drizzle salad with dressing and toss lightly.
Serve the ceasar salad on a desirable plate, shred some parmesan cheese over enjoy!
