- 2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into small chunks or thin slices (leftover steak may also be used)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 8-10 corn tortillas
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 fresh jalapeno peppers (or green bell peppers), seeded and chopped
- 3-5 limes, juiced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Place the chopped steak in a bowl, and drizzle lime juice. Let it marinade for at least an hour.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the steak and garlic together. Cook for 5 minutes or until garlic is fragrant. Season with salt and pepper. Then, transfer to a plate.
Pan-fry each tortilla on a skillet, about a minute and a half per side. Top corn tortillas with the steak, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Drizzle some lime juice on top. Serve as wraps. Enjoy!
