Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Trimmed Beef, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • 2 Red Bellpeppers Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 3 Oz. Cheese Of Your Choise
  • Oil To Fry
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Method

Step 1

Season the beef well with Salt And Pepper, Fry it over high heat so it gets nice brown color.

Step 2

Add the Peppers And The Onions and stir around until the Peppers get a bit soft and the Onions gets translucent.

Step 3

In another pan add some olive oil and toast the Ciabatta Rolls until they get a toasty surface.

Step 4

Put the Beef mixture on top of each Bread and sprinkle on the Mozzarella cheese. Serve. Enjoy!
