Spiced Salmon with Mustard sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tsps. whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk together in a bowl the mustard, honey, turmeric, red pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub most of the mixture over each salmon fillet, reserving a little of the mixture as sauce.

Step 2

Spray some cooking spray on a baking tray. Then, place the fillets (skin-side down) on the tray, and broil in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with the remaining sauce. Enjoy!
