Spaghetti In Creamy Tuna Pesto Sauce2017-06-29

- 1 Lb. Spagetthi
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Cup Pesto
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 2 eight Oz. Cans Tuna, Drained
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- Olive Oil
- Salt To Taste
n a pot of boiling water, drizzle some olive oil and place a few pinches of salt to the water. Then drop the pasta, and cook as directed at the package. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, sauté the onion in olive oil. Once it has caramelized or turned light brown, add in the garlic.
Add the tuna, and sauté with the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. After sautéing, pour the cream and stir with the tuna mixture. Then add the pesto and half of the parmesan cheese. Stir well.
Transfer the drained pasta to the pan, and toss it with the pesto and cream sauce. When serving, sprinkle some parmesan cheese, and few basil leaves on top. Enjoy!
