Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza2017-07-31

- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 8-oz. thin pizza crust
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 oz. very thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into 1/2-inch-wide strips
- 1 ½ tsps. canola oil
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/3 cups baby arugula
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 450° F Lay crust in a baking tray. Spread marinara sauce over the crust, leaving half an inch border.
Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella on the sauce. Then, bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts or bottom of crust is browned.
Top the pizza with prosciutto. Meanwhile, mix oil and juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Then, add the arugula, and toss with the dressing. Place the arugula mixture evenly over the pizza.
Drizzle a little honey on top of the pizza. Cut into 8 slices. Enjoy!
