Penne Pasta With Basil And Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lb. Penne Pasta
  • 2 oz. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, Finely Chopped

Method

Step 1

Boil the Penne Pasta as directed on the package, drain and return to the pot.

Step 2

Add the grated Mozzarella, Parmesan, Olive Oil. Taste it with Salt And Pepper.

Step 3

Take it back to the heat and toss it around until the Mozzarella starts to melt. Sprinkle the top with Basil And Serve. Enjoy!
