  • 1,5 Cups Of Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2,5 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 0,5 Tsp. Salt
  • 1,5 Cups Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter For Frying
  • 2 Eggs


Step 1

In a bowl sift together the Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder and Salt. In a separate bowl combine Milk and Eggs. Whisk it together good. Pour the Egg mixture into the sifted dry ingredients, until the lumps are gone.

Step 2

Heat a skillet on medium, put some Butter and Oil (so the butter doesn't burn). Pour some of the pancake batter so it coats the whole skillet, cook for 1-2 minutes turn it and 1-2 minutes on the other side. Serve with some Nutella or Strawberry Jam. Enjoy!
