Oven-fried Pork Chops2017-06-30

- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsps. milk
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix or corn bread stuffing mix, finely crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chops. Then, in a shallow dish, mix in the egg and milk, and whisk together. In another dish, pour the stuffing mix.
Dip each chop into the egg mixture, then to the stuffing mix. Then, brush the coated chops with the melted butter on each side, then place in a nonstick baking tray
Bake the chops for 20-25 minutes until the chops are golden brown and juices have cleared. Enjoy!
