Ingredients

  • 1 cup of grapeseed oil or avocado oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsps. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt

Method

Step 1

In a blender, add the egg, yolk, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt. Turn the blender on and mix the ingredients. While blending, slowly pour the oil through the lid. Blend until the mixture thickens.

Step 2

Taste the mixture and add more sugar or salt if needed. Store in an air tight bottle and keep in the refrigerator for a week. Serve with bread or use in salads. Enjoy!
