Lamb Koftas

  • 1 lb. lamb mince
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. chopped mint
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix together the lamb, cumin, coriander, garlic, and mint. Blend until well combined.

Step 2

Divide into 8 balls, then roll each ball on a board until you form cylinders. Thread each cylinder using metal skewers, and brush with some olive oil. Season with some salt and pepper.

Step 3

Using a stovetop grill, grill the lamb skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until lamb removes itself from the grill. Once done, transfer to a plate. Serve with yogurt and flat bread. Enjoy!
