- 1/2 lb. Fettuccine Pasta
- 1/4 Cup Scallions, Chopped
- 3/4 Cup Of Milk
- 1/2 Cup Of Grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Basil
- 1 Peeled And Crushed Garlic Clove
- Olive Oil
Cook the Fettuccine Pasta as directed on the package and drain the water.
Return to the pot, Add few tablespoons of olive oil and toss around so it doesn't stick together.
Add the Milk, Parmesan Cheese, Scallions, Basil And the Garlic. Cook on Medium heat until bubbly and everything is combined.
Top it off with some chopped fresh parsley and some fresh black pepper. Serve. Enjoy!
