Feta and Sun-dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Mash together the feta cheese, yogurt, and olive oil in a bowl until smooth. Add the sun dried tomatoes, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve with pretzel crisps. Enjoy!
