Easy Chinese Spareribs

  • 6lbs. pork spareribs sliced into servig size pieces
  • 1/4 cup of hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 4 tbsp. sherry
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic


Step 1

Place the ribs in a large zipping bag, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the mixture over the ribs in the bag. Seal the bag and mix it around until all the ribs are coated. Put in refrigerator for 6 hours (preferably overnight).

Step 2

Place the ribs in a oven pan, cover it with aluminium foil. Bake at 350f for about 1 and half hour. Uncover and brush the rest of the marinade on the ribs and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until tender. Enjoy!
