Easy Autumn Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can of pumpkin puree (around 15oz)
  • 1 1/4 cup of half and half
  • 2 medium sized beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 frozen pie crust ( 10-12 inch)

Method

Step 1

Start by heating the oven to 425f. In a bowl mix all the ingredients well and pur into the pie crust.

Step 2

Bake for 15 minutes on 425f, reduce the temperature to 350f and bake for another 40-50 minutes, until you can stick a knife in the middle and it comes out clean. Let it cool for a couple of hours and serve! Enjoy!
