Deviled Eggs

  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Paprika Powder


Step 1

Peel the hard boiled Eggs, slice them in half, lenghtwise. Remove the yolks carefully. Put the eggwhites on a plate, place the yolks in a mixing bowl. Add the Mayonnaise and the Mustard to the bowl and mix until it's well combined. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.

Step 2

Put the mixture into a piping bag or use a spoon, pipe or spoon it into the empty holes in the Egg whites. Dust the top with paprika and serve. Enjoy
