Chocolate Éclair Cake2017-10-29

- 2 3,5-ounce packages of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1/3 cup of nutella
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
In a bowl combine the pudding mix and 3 cups of milk. Place one layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with the pudding mixture and repeat with an additional layer of graham crackers, until the pudding mixing is gone. End with a layer of graham crackers
In a small microwave proof bowl combine the nuttela and one tbsp of milk and melt on medium heat for 20 seconds. Stir in the corn syrup.
Pour the nutella mixture ontop of the cake and refrigerate overnight. Cut into desirable pieces and serve! Enjoy!
