- 1 9-oz. grilled chicken breast
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- ¾ tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- Ground pepper
Heat olive oil on a medium size skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions, and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until they have softened. Add chili powder, garlic salt, and ground pepper. Stir together. Then, remove from heat and set aside.
Heat the chicken in a skillet. Then, remove from heat, and cut into strips. Set aside.
In the same skillet, place a tortilla. Sprinkle with some cheese. Then, add chicken strips and peppers. Sprinkle another layer of cheese. Place another tortilla on top of the cheese. Then, before flipping, spray some cooking spray on top of the tortilla. Then, carefully flip to toast the top tortilla. After 2-3 minutes, remove from heat. Cut into small triangles. Serve and enjoy!
