  • 3 Chicken Breasts Split, Skinned And Boned
  • 3 Slices Of Swiss Cheese
  • 3 Slices Of Cooked Ham
  • Butter And Oil For Frying


Step 1

Flatten chicken breast. Top each with 1/2 slice cheese, then ham, secure them with toothpicks so the filling won't fall out when frying.

Step 2

Fry both sides until golden brown and no pink spots are shown. Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
