Ingredients

  • 3 Lb. Chicken Wings
  • 1/3 Cup. Red Hot Sauce
  • Frying Oil

Method

Step 1

Split the wings at the joints and discard the tips. Heat the deep fryer or a deep sauce pot, fry for around 12 minutes at 400f / 200c

Step 2

Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dip.
