Brioche Bread

Brioche bread

  • 500g flour
  • 400g room temperature butter
  • 6 egg
  • 0,2 cup milk
  • 20 gram yeast
  • 30 gram granulated sugar
  • 15 gram salt


Step 1

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar and the salt together. In another bowl put the yeast with some finger warm water until the yeast is disolved (to activate the yeast). Mix it with the flour mixture.

Step 2

Add half of the eggs and knead the dough until it's solid. Add the rest of the eggs one at a time and keep kneading the dough for 10 minutes. Add the butter and work it in the dough. Let it the dough set in room temperature for about 4 hours.

Step 3

Add the dough into loaf pans or any pan you wish to use, cover it with a towel and let it rise for 20 minutes. Bake the bread in a 365f / 185c oven for about 25-35 minutes. After the time take it out and check with a tootpick that it is done and not doughy inside. Enjoy
