Beef Lasagna

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 jar ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pack lasagna noodles
  • 10 oz. grated mozzarella


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350f. In a skillet brown the beef and drain the fat. Add the mushrooms and the onions and cook 5 more minutes. Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl combine the ricotta cheese, parmesan and the eggs.

Step 3

In a 13x9 inch pan, spread abit of the meat mixture in the bottom, put a layer with the lasagna noodles, cheese mixture and the meat mixture. Continue doing that procedure until all ingredients are used up. On the top level add the mozzarella cheese for a nice cheesy top.

Step 4

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake until the cheese has melted and is golden brown. Take it out of the oven, let it cool down a bit and serve! Enjoy!
