- 4-5 lb. Pork Roast Use Butt Roast
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 5 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 30 oz. BBQ Sauce
Hea the oven to 320 f / 160 c Mix the chopped onions, the garlic, the BBQ sauce and the Red Wine vinegar in a bowl.
Put the Pork Roast in a oven proof dish, pour the mixture over it.
Bake it in the oven until you can shred it apart easily with a fork. Serve with coleslaw, burger buns and some more BBQ sauce.
