Baked Salmon

  • 4 Salmon Filets
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Dill
  • 1 Lemon Sliced
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400f / 200c. Place each Salmon filet in the center of a large piece of foil. Put some of the butter on each filet, sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Top with the dill and the lemon slices.

Step 2

Fold the foil around it and seal it tightly, place the foil on a baking tray and bake in the oven for around 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the filets. When done the salmon should be all Pink. Serve with Rice or Steamed Vegetables. Enjoy!
