Baked Cheesy Garlic Clams

  • 12 clams, thoroughly rinsed
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsps. butter
  • 1/3 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsps. chopped parsley
  • 5 tbsps. mozzarella, grated


Step 1

In a skillet over low heat, sauté the garlic in butter. Cook until the garlic is fragrant. Add the breadcrumbs and parsley, and stir. Remove skillet from heat.

Step 2

Shuck the clams, and leave the half shell on, making sure it is pat dry. Top each clam with the garlic breadcrumbs and grated mozzarella. Broil for 2 minutes until the clams are golden brown. Enjoy!
