- 4 green apples, skinned, cored and diced
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 3 tbsps. sugar
- 4 tbsps. butter
- 4 tbsps. lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- Half a stick of butter, cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350 F. Meanwhile, divide diced apples evenly in four ovenproof serving bowls. Meanwhile, mix together the cinnamon and 2 tbsp. sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of the apples in each bowl.
Add 1 tbsp. of butter and lemon juice on each bowl.
For the crumble, add flour, butter cubes, and remaining sugar in a bowl. Mix together until they form like breadcrumbs. Then, distribute the crumble evenly on top of all bowls.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown bubbly. Serve with a dollop of cream. Enjoy!
